How do I get reimbursed if I cancel the appointment?

You can cancel your order via our Track My Order tool. The Tool will provide you the appropriate refund as well as provide a confirmation of that refund within minutes.  Alternatively, You can also reach us via email at or you can chat with us through our website.  Our team is available to assist you 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday and we will respond within 30 minutes.  If outside normal hours, we will respond the next business day.
