How do I get reimbursed if I cancel the appointment?

Please notify us and we will refund you according to our terms and conditions

You can cancel your order via our Track My Order tool. The Tool will provide you with the appropriate refund as well as provide confirmation of that refund within minutes.  Alternatively, you can email  support@goloadup.com, or you can chat with us through our website.  Our team is available to assist you 8 am to 8 pm EST Monday to Saturday and 9 am to 7 pm ETS Sunday.  If outside normal hours, we will respond the next business day.
