What happens if I need to re-schedule or cancel my junk removal appointment?

You view the real time status of your order, obtain an ETA, view your Loaders contact information, make changes, reschedule or cancel your order via our Track My Order tool.  Alternatively, You can also reach us via email at support@goloadup.com or you can chat with us through our website.  Our team is available to assist you 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday and we will respond within 30 minutes.  If outside normal hours, we will respond the next business day.
