What happens if I need to re-schedule or cancel my junk removal appointment?

If you need to make any changes to your appointment you can get in touch with us through email, support@goloadup.com or you can chat with us through our website.  Our team is available to assist you 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday and we will respond within 30 minutes.  If outside normal hours, we will respond the next business day.
